Jen is our Client Service Supervisor and PAW Plan Specialist. She has been working for EBAH since July 2010, and leads her position with over 15 years in the customer service profession. Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology,  and boasts having the fine opportunity to volunteer for 6 years at the Mystic Aquarium. There she  gained hands on experience with seals, sea lions, dolphins, whales and penguins. She currently has 3 cats Mimi, Sambuca and Wolfie , a black Lab Tinkerbell who is an avid pheasant hunter and dock diver, and her newest addition Trooper who mainly loves hanging out with his humans.
