Dr. Kayla Blyton is originally from Pennsylvania and received her undergraduate degree from Penn State University. After graduation, she moved to Connecticut and worked as a veterinary technician for over 3 years. During that time, she also volunteered to teach dog behavior classes and foster kittens. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2023 from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. She brings  the latest in veterinary medicine to our patients of East Brook Animal Hospital.

Dr. Blyton resides in central Connecticut with her husband, where they share their house with her Duck Tolling retriever Clementine, her yellow Labrador retriever, Minty and her four cats. In her free time, she enjoys competing in dog sports such as agility and is an avid hiker.
