Dr. Jean DeNapoli completed her DVM degree at Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. After a short time in private practice, she returned to Tufts to complete a Residency in Animal Behavior. She was fortunate to study with Dr. Nicholas Dodman BVMS, Dipl. ACVA, Dipl. ACVB and benefited from cutting edge behavioral medicine and research being practiced there. In addition she has augmented her formal education by working with some of the top dog trainers in obedience, agility and herding and competed successfully at the highest levels.  

After again spending some time in private practice as a general practitioner and animal behaviorist, Dr. DeNapoli decided to continue her pursuit of education and experience by completing a Masters Degree program in Public Health through the University of Iowa, achieving diplomat status through the College of Veterinary Preventive Medicine, and joining the Army reserves.

In her free time Dr. DeNapoli keeps busy operating a small farm where she runs flocks of sheep, ducks, and chickens.
