Thank you for your continued support. For the health and safety of our clients and staff we ask that everyone who enters our building is wearing a face mask(CDC recommended), regardless of vaccination status, or reason for visit. As most of you know, our staff is small, and any shortage can affect us greatly. Simply put, our goal is to be here to care for your pets, every day.
***If you have had any exposure to symptomatic or confirmed positive people, or are symptomatic or confirmed positive yourself, please contact the hospital ahead of your appointment to make alternative arrangements.
All clients entering the hospital are asked to kindly wear a facemask (covering nose and mouth), regardless of vaccination status.

All scheduled visits are modified curbside. Please call the hospital when you arrive at (860) 456-1759
ONE client may accompany their pet(mask required) for scheduled annual well and scheduled sick visits. During special visits, exceptions will be taken into consideration

FACEMASKS - All clients entering the hospital must wear a CDC-recommended facemask (covering nose and mouth), regardless of vaccination status. *If you do not have one, please let us know, we will provide one for you*
CALL - into the hospital upon arriving for all services (860) 456-1759, Please WAIT for instructions from the staff. **If you do not have a cell phone, please knock on the outside door and wait. A staff member will assist you shortly*
EXCEPTIONS - Will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
DOGS- Must be wearing a well-fitting collar (one that cannot slide over their head) and be on a secure leash (advise: dogs over 25lbs should not be on a retractable leash).
CATS and POCKET PETS - Must be in a secure carrier at all times (one adult cat per carrier please. For pet safety we cannot take pets that are not in a secured carrier).
