Client Service Specialists

Claire has been quietly working as a receptionist at East Brook since 2004, and she takes care of ordering your pets’ prescription diets each week. She, her husband, and young son share their home with enough cats and dogs to fill one sofa. Claire enjoys learning, nature, crafts, reading, and anything about cats.

Jen has been working for EBAH since July 2010. She came to us with over 15 years of customer service and a Bachelor’s in Zoology, and was a Volunteer for 6 years at Mystic Aquarium, gaining some hands on experience with seals, sea lions, dolphins, whales and penguins. She is one of the first people you speak to when you call or come in to the office and is also cross training in appointments and surgery as a technician. She has a goofy Lab, named Dakota, and three cats Emme, Sambuca and her rescue cat Wolfie.

Siera is one of our newest Client Services team members. She started at East Brook in August of 2015. She loves to cuddle with the patients in the waiting room and especially likes smothering all the kitties with love (even though she is slightly allergic). Siera is very artistic and enjoys doing crafts in her down time when she isn’t bonding with her two favorite felines, Stella and Daryl.
