Heidi Van Flatern
Heidi has a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Management and has 25 years of management experience. She enjoys working with people and animals, and has a life long love of learning new things. She presently has three mischievous cats at home.

Caryn Haley
Caryn is our lead technician. She has been here since 2001. She spends her time both up front in appointments as well as in back in surgery. She has a soft spot for pit bulls and has two of her own; Jada and Olympus.

Jennifer Milavsky
Jen has worked with us since 2007. She works up front in appointments and loves dealing with our patients and their owners. At home she enjoys spending time with her horses, cats, dogs and fish.

Karen Decker
Karen has been working with us since 2008. She takes care of our hospitalized patients and enjoys making them feel as comfortable as possible while away from home. Her two best friends are her Aussie, Iris and dachshund mix Izzy.

Theresa Fletcher
Theresa has worked at East Brook since 1999. she enjoys working in all areas of the hospital. At home Theresa has a variety of pets including dogs, cats, a rabbit and fish; but dalmatians happen to be her favorite.

Vanessa Cruz
Vanessa works mainly up front in appointments, but you can also find her looking at something under the microscope in our lab. She has worked at East Brook since 2008. At home she has several cats and dogs.

Erika DuPlessis
Erika has been working at East Brook Animal Hospital since 2010. She takes care of our patients both in surgery and up front in appointments. At home Erika has three troublesome cats of her own named Tweak, Squeak and Peter.

Varicia Vanterpool
Varicia came to East Brook Animal Hospital in 2010 as an intern. She works with our clients and patients in appointments and has one cat at home.
